They want crazy high medal cost for all of them also. The medal economy is way out of wack. Heroes used to be 50 medals, now they want like 500 or some outrageous amount like that for them. I can see a high cost for the level 90 and 115 sailors, but not level 12 or the 250 medals for level 1 super elites.
