Hey now..
Just because I like to cook doesn't mean I'm a stoner.
Besides, wouldn't a true stoner lack the motivation to concoct a meal of that quality? they'd probably go for something more along the lines of Doritos with ranch dip.

Re: What's Cooking?
Buffalo Style Fried Baked Chicken Legs
9 Chicken Legs (bone-in)
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
3- TBs Butter or Margerine
1/8 C Smoked Chipotle Tobassco Sauce
1/8 C Sirachia
3/4 C Sweet and Spicy BBQ Sauce
1-2 C Vegetable Oil
Season to taste
1) Prepare flour by adding desired seasoning, and mix to incoporate, season chicken as desided, then roll chicken in flour to coat, and set aside. Pre-heat oven to 350.
2) Heat oil in a large skillet while rolling chicken in the flour. When oil is hot, add chicken to the pan, and begin to pan fry the chicken. Turn chicken until nicely browned on all sides, and is crispy (about 15-20 minutes).
3) Place foil in a large baking pan, and coat with non-stick spray. When chicken is browned and crispy add chicken to the baking pan. Space evenly.
4) Bake chicken for 15 minutes then turn chicken, and bake an additional 15 minutes.
5) While chicken is baking, heat a small sauce pan on medium high heat, and add butter, and begin to melt it. then add tobassco, sirachia, and bbq sauce, stirring frequently. When it begins to bubble remove from heat.
6) After second 15 minutes, spoon sauce over top of chicken to coat well, the return to oven for 10 more minutes to bake sauce onto chicken.
7) Remove from oven and serve with desired sides.

Re: What's Cooking?
I have made my final post to this thread, and will be restarting a new thread on the NFE site at some point in time in the near future. I plan to include photos with my recipes, and maybe some prep photos while in the process of cooking. I hope you have tried some of these and enjoyed them.

Re: What's Cooking?
I had intended to get some pictures of the stuffed pork loin I had cooked for Thanksgiving, but was unable to due to having to rush over to the neighbors house for dinner. It turned out awesome, but could have spared maybe another 10-15 minutes in the oven. The collard / turnip greens were also a big hit. I plan to be better prepared for Christmas dinner, and have pictures of what I make for it.

Re: What's Cooking?
Once again, I was unable to take any pictures of a holiday meal. Everyone pounced on it like they were a pack of starving jackals.
I did however post a picture to a previous recipe here in this thread, a picture of Huevos Rancheros. Enjoy!
If any of you have any recipes you would like to share, please do.
